SHIPPING

This is a preorder. Orders will take 4-6 weeks to ship. Updates on production and shipping will be posted on Instagram: @lostplans.us.

All orders will have a 3-5 day production fulfillment period once they are ready to ship. This means that after the preorder is complete, your order will be processed within 3-5 days before being sent out.

If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.


REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at lostplansclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return request. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers must follow the return instructions, and once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund. We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you will need to place a new order after receiving your refund.

We have a two-week return policy—if you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.


SHIPPING PROVIDER

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING ISSUES CAUSED BY THE CARRIER.

If an incorrect or invalid shipping address is provided by the customer, we cannot intervene, as this information is submitted at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer must email us at lostplansclothing@gmail.com regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund. Shipping fees ($6-$8) are non-refundable.
