Premade Items
Premade items are in stock and will ship sooner than preorder items.
Processing time: 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Preorder Items
Preorder items are made to order and take longer to ship than premade items.
Preorder timeline: Orders will take 4–6 weeks to ship.
Updates: Production and shipping updates will be posted on Instagram: @lostplans.us.
Fulfillment window: Once the preorder is complete and your item is ready, your order will have a 3–5 day fulfillment period before it is sent out.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at lostplansclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return request. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers must follow the return instructions, and once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund. We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you will need to place a new order after receiving your refund.
We have a two-week return policy—if you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.
SHIPPING PROVIDER
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING ISSUES CAUSED BY THE CARRIER.
If an incorrect or invalid shipping address is provided by the customer, we cannot intervene, as this information is submitted at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer must email us at lostplansclothing@gmail.com regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund. Shipping fees ($6-$8) are non-refundable.
